A service to celebrate Jake's life will take place at 4pm on Wednesday 28th November at Testwood Baptist Church.

Children are welcome. Dress however you are comfortable, bright colours welcome!

Following the service we would like you to join us to “eat cace” (cake - Jake’s spelling!) which was one of Jake’s favourite things to do! Any cake donations are welcome, just bring them along.

As some of you are aware, Jake also has a facebook page where you are more than welcome to share any memories.

Finally, we would love you to share your favourite memories/pictures of Jake with us to be collected on the day. We will then compile these in a special scrap book for us to cherish. You can do this prior to Wednesday or on the day. Anything goes as long as it’s A4 or smaller.
